The detached holiday home Oliveto is located in Peroj, a picturesque coastal village on the west coast of Istria, about a 15-minute drive from Pula. The small village center of Peroj (1 km) offers a few restaurants and shops, while the next largest town, Fažana (3 km), provides a wider selection of restaurants and a charming old town. From here, excursion boats depart for the famous Brijuni Islands National Park, a stunning natural area.
Just 400 meters from the beach, nestled in a small olive grove, the house offers a perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. In addition to a fully fenced garden with a barbecue, seating areas, and sun loungers, you will find a modern and tastefully furnished interior. The combination of wood and stone gives the house a natural look that creates a sense of tranquility.
The house can accommodate up to 3 people and is ideal for couples or small families, with or without a dog.
You and your dog will surely feel at home in the large, well-maintained garden, which offers plenty of shady spots in the summer.
When booking, the entire house and garden are at your sole disposal.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a single bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room that provides additional sleeping options.
From the bedroom, you can access the bathroom with a walk-in shower. A washing machine is also available here. The bedroom has air conditioning. Windows are equipped with blackout blinds and mosquito nets.
You can also enjoy your meals at one of the several covered outdoor dining areas. A small outdoor kitchen with a barbecue is ideal for a relaxed barbecue evening where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine.
A spacious outdoor shower allows you or your pet to refresh yourself.
