2. Reservation
Reservation inquiries are accepted: via the online reservation form
(oleafazana.com/kontakt), by E-mail ([email protected]) or by phone
(+385915611974).
After you have selected your accommodation (accommodation unit and time period) and sent your inquiry, you will receive our response within 24 hours whether the reservation is possible, a payment offer and payment instructions. To confirm your reservation, you schould pay 30% of the total amount within 48 hours after receiving the offer (holidays and sundays are excluded from the payment period). In this case, the accommodation unit is considered reserved.
The remaining amount must be paid 28 days before arrival at the facility.
Confirmation of payment after advance peyment: When your payment is
visible on our account, you will receive a confirmation of the
reservation by E-mail.
Cancellation of the reservation is possible no later than 28 days before arrival. In this case, cancellation of the reservation is free of charge.
If you cancel the reservation in the period after the 28th day
before arrival, we keep the amount with which the reservation was
confirmed.
